Flashings are an integral part of correctly installed roof window. They protect and seal against atmospheric factors, rainwater and post snow water as well as from the wind.
The flashings are made of aluminium sheet similar to flashings in grade 3105 H42 in standard RAL 8019 and RAL 7043 colours. The significant advantage of the SKYLIGHT and SKYLIGHT PREMIUM roof windows is the innovative way of joining the frame. By placing the upper part of the flashing in a special groove and covering it with the gasket, the possibility of any water leakage is completely eliminated.
Flashings are adapted to cover a flat foof or coverings (e.g. ceramic tile, metal tile sheet) roof.
The blackout blind of the roof window is one of the cheapest and simplest solutions that guarantees both privacy and light control. A large selection of colors will certainly allow you to match the blinds to any interior.
In the roof window, the diffuser mounted in the window frame can be used. It allows the exchange of air in the room not directly with the atmospheric air and just like in other roof windows with space under the window.
Roof windows can be equipped with drive units in white, grey and black.
The use of an electric drive unit provides the comfort of opening a window installed in difficult access (high) places by using a remote control.
