Construction
The window structure (frame and leaf) is entirely made of wood, and only on the outside of the window there are special aluminum overlays, which are very resistant to external factors, prolonging the attractive appearance of the window without the need for maintenance.
Overlays – are available in several variants – models:
Classic overlay (90) Contour overlay (90) Quadro overlay (90)
Classic – a classic, timeless look reminiscent of windows with Softline finish. The Classic model is universal and fits both modern and traditional objects.
Contour – a definitely modern look, perfectly suits minimalist objects – modern ones where simplicity dominates.
Quadro – the door leaf and frame form one surface. It looks similar to the Contour model, but this model is even more minimalist in appearance.
It fits perfectly into modern architecture, regardless of the size of the facility.
Each overlay model is available in two sizes: 71 and 90 mm
The size is selected depending on how the window is installed in the wall. You need to take into account what part of the frame will be visible from the outside after the final window treatment.
Leaf finish visible from the inside of the room:
Modern (straight) Tradi (slant)
The installation depth is the thickness of the profile from which the window is made (frame and leaf). The selection of the appropriate installation depth (68, 78, 92) depends on the investor’s requirements regarding the thermal insulation parameters of the entire window and is closely related to the thickness of the glass package, the so-called heat transfer coefficient – Uw.
Depending on the installation depth (68, 78, 92) and the type of aluminum overlay used (Classic, Contour, Quadro), the glass is available in different thicknesses (so-called glass package).
Additional finishing – aluminum window sill profile
The option is only available for 71 mm overlays, regardless of the overlay model (Classic, Contour, Quadro). If you choose this finish, the window threshold must be 81mm high. This solution is usually used when the window will be heavily enclosed.
